ALISEO ES is a project by Windex S.r.l., a company based in Bussolengo (Verona) that since 2000 has been designing human resource management systems for public and private healthcare organizations. Windex is certified ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022, is listed in the ACN cloud marketplace (SA-4199) and promoted and funded the research project with the University of Udine from which the shift optimization engine was born — peer-reviewed publication 2023, international INRC benchmarks.

The research, promoted and funded by Windex
The automatic roster generation engine of ALISEO ES was born from research: a project with the University of Udine, promoted and funded by Windex, which led to a peer-reviewed publication (2023) and to testing on the benchmarks of the international INRC competitions. It is the company’s fundamental choice: investing in applied science, not in marketing promises.
